We have an office available for full-time or part-time sublease in our 8-office suite in Farragut Square. 

We are a group of independent practitioners who designed the build-out of this top floor therapy suite in 1634 I (Eye) St, NW. The convenient location is directly above the Farragut West metro (orange/blue/silver) and across from Farragut North (red), leading to a strong demand for in-person sessions from downtown clients.  

The suite features the following: 

·      Top floor of a modern office building with a staffed reception desk.

·      Tastefully-decorated waiting room with a clinician notification system.

·      Separate back entrance for clinicians to enter and exit the suite without walking through the waiting room. 

·      Shared, eat-in kitchen space with refrigerator and microwave

·      Collegial, friendly, and responsive colleagues.

The office has a large window with an alley view.  It is available on a full-time or part-time basis, and can be provided furnished or unfurnished. Prices competitive with area rents.
