You may be overwhelmed by your stage of life, struggling through a transition or frustrated by your relationships, and wondering why things seem so hard. Perhaps you are feeling anxious, worried or down on yourself, and unsure of how to navigate to a happier, more sustainable life. I have more than twenty years of experience as a therapist, and can help you understand how you came to this difficult place, what you need going forward, and how to take clear steps towards a balanced, fulfilling life.
I believe in building a strong client-therapist partnership and gaining an understanding of you as a whole, complicated, person with many roles, ambitions and priorities. I also believe that it is important to recognize, support and develop your many strengths, as well as work together to identify and face your challenges. I specialize in helping clients reconnect with their inner instincts, trust themselves, and live in their feelings of empowerment. My therapy style is collaborative and interactive as we work together to strengthen your voice.
I work with clients via telehealth and welcome individuals of all sexual orientations, gender identities and cultural backgrounds.
